GUSSWERK – Restaurant & Bar on the Turracher Höhe
Saskia is at the stove. She loves good produce, working with heat, and the moment when a few ingredients turn into something of her own.
Stefano is out front. For him it is about the feel for the right moment, a good glass, a friendly word.
Both grew up in Turrach.
Now they are making GUSSWERK a place of their own.

the first Bessemer steel on the European mainland was poured here.

We open on Saturday, 10 October 2026, from 10 am.
We’ll be celebrating from 2 pm.
