2. Hosting and server logs
This website is delivered by Framer B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands. When you open it, your browser transmits technically necessary data to their servers: IP address, date and time, the address requested, and browser and operating system identifiers. This data is required to deliver the site and to keep operation secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and uninterrupted operation, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Framer acts for us as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
3. Usage statistics
Framer collects anonymous usage statistics on our behalf. When a page is opened, the address requested, the referring page, time zone and language setting as well as timing measurements are transmitted to Framer; each event is assigned a random identifier that is not reused. No cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device, and we cannot identify an individual person from this data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a statistical evaluation of usage, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may object to this processing at any time at office@gusswerk.com.
4. Contacting us
If you write to us or call us, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract is being prepared, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligation applies.
5. Recipients
Framer B.V. processes the data named above for hosting and usage statistics on our behalf. Beyond that we do not pass on any data. No transfer to third countries is intended.
6. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing. Please contact office@gusswerk.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40 to 42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
7. Changes
Once the full website goes online with map, reservations and further functions, this policy will be extended accordingly.
